Frequently, when I plan a photo-shoot, I come with a general idea of what it is I picture as the story I wish to create. Quite commonly, it doesn't come as easy as it was in my head.
When shooting Boudoir, which is a more delicate type of photography, it can sometimes make the customer/model freeze f she happens to feel uncomfortable for any reason. One way I've found to be helpful with this 'freezing' issue, is to have the customer/model move! Either just have her or him move their hands up and down, around their bodies or even just jump or dance! It brings the subject to ease off in no time, and quite often do these shots happen to be some of the most favorite to me and to the customers. Go ahead and try it!
